Returns

At FloraToys, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

• The product is defective
• The product is damaged upon arrival
• The wrong item was sent

Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt at:

Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Refunds

Once the issue is verified and approved:

• No exchanges will be offered
• A full refund will be processed
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Customized or personalized products

EU 14-Day Withdrawal Right

EU customers have a 14-day withdrawal right.

This does not apply to:

• Used or opened products
• Damaged items after delivery
• Products without defects
